Shopping & Checkout
We have a three stage shopping/checkout process:
- Shopping Cart
When you click on an ‘Add to Cart’ button, the product you selected will be added to your shopping cart. You can check andamend the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the ‘Shopping Cart’ link in the top right of the screen. You can then either checkout or continue shopping.
- Checkout
Once you have finished shopping, click on the ‘Checkout’ button at the top of the screen. You will be given the option to enter a voucher code or gift voucher code.
There are then six tabs:
- Checkout Options: You can either create and log in to your account to complete checkout or checkout as a guest. You do not need an account to check out as a guest.
- Billing Details: Enter your name, address and contact details here.
- Delivery Address: You only need to enter this if it different to your billing address.
- Delivery Method: Select your preferred delivery message here. You can add a comment here if necessary.
- Payment Method: Select your preferred payment method here. You can enter notes here if necessary.
- Confirm Oder: Your order is summarised here for final confirmation.
- Payment
If you selected Paypal as your payment option, you will be directed to Paypal’s secure server to make your payment. You do not need a Paypal account to do this. By using Paypal, you can pay by debit or credit card. Paypal will confirm that payment has been made and I will be notified, so I can send your items out to you.
If you select any other payment option, your items will be despatched as soon as payment is received.
